The animated film 'Wish' has surpassed 1 million cumulative viewers.
On the 15th, according to the distributor Walt Disney Company Korea, on the 13th day since its release, Wish became the first film released in Korea this year to reach 1 million viewers.

This is the first time a Disney animation has exceeded 1 million viewers since 'Frozen 2,' which was released in November 2019.
Subsequent releases such as 'Raya and the Last Dragon' (around 320,000 viewers), 'Encanto: The Magical World' (630,000 viewers), and 'Strange World' (110,000 viewers) showed poor performance.
Wish is the 100th anniversary work of Walt Disney Animation Studios, depicting the adventure of 'Asha' who lives in the kingdom of Rosas that grants wishes.
