Hanhwa Investment & Securities, Exclusive Sale of Profit-Differentiated 'Korea Investment Global AI Big Tech Fund'

Korea Investment & Securities, a subsidiary of Korea Financial Group, announced that it will exclusively sell the profit-loss differentiated public offering fund 'Korea Investment Global AI Big Tech Fund' starting from the 15th.

The Korea Investment Global AI Big Tech Fund invests in global stocks related to future core industries such as Cloud & AI, IT Systems, Semiconductor Solutions, Smart Healthcare, Automation & Mobility, Big Tech Platforms, and Future Finance. It is a public offering private fund (private fund of funds) structure that invests in seven private funds, each managed under different themes. Korea Investment Management is responsible for managing the fund.

This fund is a profit-loss differentiated fund that prioritizes customers as senior investors and affiliates including Korea Financial Group as subordinated investors. Even if the fund incurs losses, subordinated investors bear losses first up to -15%, and when profits occur, up to 10% of the profits are preferentially allocated to senior investors.

The management period is three years, and early redemption occurs if the yield reaches 15% before maturity. If the redemption condition is met within one year after establishment, redemption will occur 15 business days after the minimum holding period of one year has passed; if the condition is met after one year, redemption will occur 15 business days after the date the condition is met.
