Ulsu County Residents and County Head Hold First New Year Dialogue... 'Dialogue with Residents' Conducted in All Towns and Townships

Isungul Ulju County Governor: "Listen, Explain, and Communicate Administration"

Ulsan Ulju-gun has started the year with its first communication administration with residents through the 'Dialogue with Residents.'

The first dialogue of the year was arranged for Ulju-gun Governor Lee Soon-geol to personally meet residents, exchange New Year's greetings, and listen to major projects in the towns and townships this year as well as residents' opinions. The plan is to actively reflect residents' opinions in the county administration.

Breaking away from the traditional format of 'Dialogue with Residents,' the event provides a free and comfortable atmosphere where participants exchange good wishes and create a space for communication and harmony. It also served as a time to resolve questions about the county administration, including what residents hope for Ulju-gun.

Ulsu County Residents and County Head Hold First New Year Dialogue... 'Dialogue with Residents' Conducted in All Towns and Townships On the 15th, the first New Year's conversation with residents along with the county governor is taking place in Ulju-gun, Ulsan.

With Ulju-gun Governor Lee Soon-geol, Kim Young-cheol, Chairman of the Ulju-gun Council, and city and county council members in attendance, the event started in Eonyang-eup and is planned to proceed sequentially in 12 towns and townships until the 22nd.

At the event, Governor Lee Soon-geol personally explained this year's major projects and promotion plans for the towns and townships, as well as changes in the county administration for the New Year, using a PPT presentation. He also explained the results of handling suggestions from last year's dialogue with residents.

In addition, the event included the awarding of merit plaques to village chiefs, New Year's conversations, and New Year's rice cake cutting ceremonies.

Governor Lee Soon-geol said, "In the New Year, through active communication including dialogue with residents, we will carry out a sympathetic administration that all Ulju-gun residents can feel," and added, "We will devote our efforts to making Ulju-gun a place where residents are satisfied and happy."

Last year, Ulju-gun contributed to resolving local issues and residents' inconveniences by holding a total of 50 communication events, including dialogues with residents, village chiefs, small business owners, and youth, receiving about 600 suggestions. This year, starting with the 'New Year's Dialogue with Residents,' the county plans to expand communication channels to collect various voices from residents.
