According to the city on the 15th, the job recruitment fields include seven areas: landslide prevention team, public forest maintenance, specialized wildfire prevention and suppression team, forest pest and disease monitoring and control team, urban green space managers, forest trail experience guides, and forest ecology managers, with a total of 64 positions available.

The city plans to prioritize vulnerable groups such as employment protection targets when selecting participants.
Working hours are from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., with a five-day workweek as a principle, and operations will be flexibly managed depending on the characteristics of each task and period.
A city official stated, "Through this project, we expect not only to provide jobs to vulnerable employment groups but also to enable rapid response in case of forest disasters such as wildfires and pine wilt disease."
