Chanel Cosmetics Opens Store in Main Building After Over 9 Years
Shilla Duty Free, operated by Hotel Shilla, announced on the 15th that it has renovated its Incheon International Airport Terminal 2 store and opened a store featuring major cosmetic brands, including Chanel Cosmetics.

The new cosmetics complex store opened by Shilla Duty Free in Terminal 2 consists of a total of 61 brands. Major brands such as Chanel Cosmetics, Dior Cosmetics, Est?e Lauder, SK-II, Lanc?me, and Sulwhasoo have all opened. Shilla Duty Free described this as the only 'Cosmetic Total Solution Store' in Terminal 2.
In addition, popular brands among customers such as ▲Jo Malone ▲La Mer ▲Tom Ford ▲Givenchy ▲Clarins ▲Guerlain have also been introduced. Niche perfume brands such as ▲Le Labo ▲Penhaligon's Perfume ▲Atkinsons Perfume have opened in Terminal 2 for the first time.
The Terminal 2 store has seen a gradual recovery in travelers as additional flights have been scheduled since COVID-19. In particular, the Chanel Cosmetics store has returned to Terminal 2 after about nine years.
As a promotion for the Terminal 2 store opening, Shilla Duty Free is offering discounts of up to 50% on some products. Additionally, customers purchasing two cosmetics items receive a 15% discount, and those purchasing three receive a 20% discount, with membership customers eligible for an additional 5% discount. Various other promotions, such as gift giveaways for customers purchasing specific brands, are also being conducted.
Meanwhile, Shilla Duty Free is the only duty-free operator in the world that simultaneously operates cosmetics and perfume duty-free stores at Asia's three major hub airports: Incheon International Airport, Singapore Changi International Airport, and Hong Kong Chek Lap Kok International Airport.
