On the 13th (local time), major foreign media reported that forensic and archaeological experts held a press conference in Lima and announced the results of an analysis conducted over about three months. Archaeologist Flavio Estrada stated, "After closely analyzing the experts and the seized doll, it was revealed to be a doll assembled with animal and human bones buried in the ground using modern synthetic adhesive," adding, "The alien theory is a complete fabrication."

Earlier, journalist and self-proclaimed unidentified flying object (UFO) expert Jose Jaime Maussan appeared at the Mexican congressional hearing in September holding two small mummies with elongated heads and three fingers. He claimed that these mummies were discovered deep in the sandy coast near Nasca, Peru, in 2017. He further asserted that they were about 1,000 years old and were non-human beings unrelated to anything existing on Earth. Maussan also claimed that one of the two corpses was female and was analyzed to have eggs inside the body.

The world was thrown into turmoil over these mysterious life form corpses, and experts soon began their analysis. However, at the press conference hosted by the Peruvian Ministry of Culture, experts explained that the doll in question was made by attaching damaged ancient human mummies and animal bones, stating, "What is certain is that (the object) came from Earth," dismissing Maussan's claims. Authorities concluded the three-month investigation by publishing the experts' press conference and forensic report that day.

Meanwhile, even when Maussan claimed that this bone doll was an alien corpse, several experts had already pointed out that such claims had been proven false by many scientists and could be a fraudulent act leading to criminal charges.
