2278 Households Including Wirye and Magok Sharing-Type for Sale in the 3rd Week of January

Nanum Type Allows Public Repurchase After 5 Years Mandatory Residence with Market Price Below 70%

In the third week of January, a total of 2,278 households will be offered nationwide, including public sales such as Wirye A-14 and Magok Complex 16.


According to Real Estate R114 on the 13th, preliminary subscription for the profit-sharing type (Nanum type) at Wirye A1-14 in Geoyeo-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul, and Magok District Complex 16 (Nanum type) will be conducted. Subscription will also be held for the public sale of 'Incheon Gajeong 2A2 Newlywed Hope Town' in Simgok-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon, and private sales such as 'Gangneung U-Bless Recent' in Ponam-dong, Gangneung, and 'Iksan Pirenchae' in Palbong-dong, Iksan, Jeonbuk.

In Seoul, preliminary subscription for land leasehold housing in Magok and Wirye will be conducted. Since the announcement dates for the winners of the two complexes are the same, duplicate applications are not allowed.


Land leasehold Nanum-type housing is priced at less than 70% of the market price, and after fulfilling a mandatory residence period of 5 years, it can be repurchased by the public. The structure involves sharing ownership and profits/losses between the beneficiary and the public (SH).


The sale price for a 59㎡ unit in Magok District Complex 16 is 359.49 million KRW, and for an 84㎡ unit, it is 391.338 million KRW. Land leasehold housing requires payment of land rent, which ranges from 300,000 to 700,000 KRW per month depending on the housing type. For Wirye A-14, the sale price for a 50㎡ unit is 589.75 million KRW, and for a 59㎡ unit, it is 694.95 million KRW.


Utop Construction is offering 'Gangneung U-Bless Recent' in Ponam-dong, Gangneung, Gangwon Province. The complex consists of 4 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to a maximum of 20 floors above ground, with a total of 226 units of 84㎡ available for general sale. It is within walking distance to Gangneung Station and close to convenience facilities such as the community center, police station, general hospital, and market. A future-type complex transfer center is scheduled to be built in 2026, which is expected to bring benefits.

DL Construction plans to offer 'e-Pyeonhansesang Singok Signature View' through the Jangam Living Zone 3 District housing redevelopment in 435-3 Singok-dong, Uijeongbu, Gyeonggi Province. The complex will consist of 6 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to a maximum of 35 floors above ground, with a total of 815 units. Among them, 407 units sized 52~84㎡ will be available for general sale. Uijeongbu Station, served by the planned GTX-C line and subway Line 1, is nearby, making travel to Seoul convenient. The complex is equipped with living infrastructure such as department stores, large marts, intercity bus terminals, and large hospitals, as well as green spaces like neighborhood parks and Jungnangcheon Stream. The model house is scheduled to open on the 19th.
