Support for Renovation and Repair of Aging Apartment Facilities in Icheon City

Applications Accepted Until the 31st... Support for Public Facility Management Costs

Gyeonggi-do Icheon City is accepting applications for the 'Apartment Support Project' and the 'Small-scale Apartment Support Project' to improve facilities in aging apartment complexes until the 31st of this month.

The eligible applicants are apartment complexes, row houses, and multi-family housing with 30 or more households that have passed the usage inspection or approval more than 7 years ago, or apartment complexes with fewer than 30 households that are over 15 years old. Selected apartment complexes will receive funding necessary for managing aging common facilities.

The supported projects include roads within the complex, children's playgrounds, senior centers, streetlights, elevators, security information and communication facilities, waterproofing, and painting. Starting this year, fire and firefighting-related facilities have been added through partial amendments to the city ordinance.

The city plans to finalize the selection of supported apartment complexes on March 30 after review by the Apartment Support Review Committee.
