Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation (GH) is supplying a total of 8 lots of support facility and parking lot sites within Yeoncheon BIX (Business & Industry Complex).
The expected supply prices vary by use and lot, ranging from 312,144,000 to 354,994,000 KRW for support facility sites, and from 134,366,000 to 958,447,000 KRW for parking lot sites.
Yeoncheon BIX is an industrial complex developed by GH and Yeoncheon County, located at 273-4 Tonghyeon-ri, Yeoncheon-eup, Yeoncheon-gun, Gyeonggi-do, covering an area of 600,000㎡.
Currently, a corporate support center that supports management, technology development, and employee welfare, as well as the construction of Happy Housing, are planned. It also boasts excellent transportation infrastructure including Subway Line 1, National Road No. 3, and No. 37.
Additionally, it has a beautiful and pristine natural environment, including a UNESCO-certified biosphere reserve and a global geopark, making it an excellent location as an eco-friendly food cluster.
GH announced this on the 5th through the land sales system (buy.gh.or.kr), and from the 8th, it is conducting first-come, first-served private contracts for general end-users.
