Real Estate Agents Association Dongdaemun-gu Branch Donates Warm Winter Fundraising Money

Donation of 2 Million Won Collected from Members to Support Economically Disadvantaged Neighbors

Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul (Mayor Ilhyung Lee) announced that the Dongdaemun-gu branch of the Korea Association of Realtors donated 2 million won on the 5th for the '2024 Warm Winter Campaign.'

The donation ceremony took place in the mayor's office with the attendance of Ilhyung Lee, Mayor of Dongdaemun-gu, and Ho Yeo, President of the Dongdaemun-gu branch of the Korea Association of Realtors.

The Dongdaemun-gu branch of the Korea Association of Realtors collected donations from its members to share warmth with economically disadvantaged neighbors, raising a total of 2 million won.

Ho Yeo, President of the Dongdaemun-gu branch of the Korea Association of Realtors, said, "We have believed that we should grow together with the local community and share part of that growth with our neighbors. This donation was prepared with the heartfelt wishes of our members to provide some support to neighbors facing difficulties."

In response, Ilhyung Lee, Mayor of Dongdaemun-gu, expressed gratitude to the Dongdaemun-gu branch of the Korea Association of Realtors for their donation and stated, "We will ensure that the donation is delivered so that neighbors in need can get through the cold winter well."

Meanwhile, the Dongdaemun-gu branch of the Korea Association of Realtors is engaged in various volunteer activities in the local community and strives to be a model for the real estate brokerage industry to grow together with the community.
