On the 2nd, the subscribers Ttangkkeubu uploaded a video titled "The Best Full-Body Diet Exercise [Calorie Burning Intense Spicy Flavor]" on their YouTube channel. Along with the approximately 20-minute workout video, they shared their feelings over the past period in the video description.

Ttangkkeubu said, "Although I had muscles in my body, it seems I didn’t have muscles in my heart," and added, "I wandered due to a sudden cold in my mind and body that came without any reason, and it took me two years just to realize that and find myself again."

They continued, "Not long ago, I happened to meet a fan, and after posting a message, I wanted to meet you all a few days earlier, so I stood in front of the camera several times, but I couldn’t smile naturally like before, so I re-shot the video several times," and honestly shared, "If we ourselves don’t enjoy it, viewers will know and feel the same, and it would be expressed as an insincere video."

They emphasized that they were able to return thanks to the support of their fans.

Ttangkkeubu said, "Four months ago, I posted a message in the community, and many people cheered me on. Before posting that message, I don’t even remember dreaming of filming videos, as I was still in a tunnel-like cave," and added, "But reading every single comment every day gave me energy, and now, after four months, I was able to make today’s video."

They added, "I am still not in perfect physical or mental condition, but I accepted myself as I am now and took one step at a time to film the video," and said, "I am very grateful to those who waited, and I hope everyone watching this video always smiles and stays healthy. Everyone, I missed you so much."

Ttangkkeubu is a home training channel run by husband Ttangkkeu and wife Odri, introducing easy and efficient workout methods to follow at home, gaining great popularity. Despite the long hiatus, they currently have 3 million subscribers.

This is their first new video in 2 years and 6 months since their last upload in June 2021. After their last video in 2021, they suddenly disappeared, sparking various rumors. As suspicions grew, they revealed in August last year that they had suffered from obsessive-compulsive disorder and panic disorder, drawing sympathy.

Meanwhile, in April last year, the National Health Insurance Service announced that the number of patients treated for panic disorder in South Korea increased by 44.5% (61,804 people) over four years, from 138,736 in 2017 to 200,540 in 2021.

Panic disorder often involves a rapid heartbeat and shortness of breath accompanied by a 'fear of dying,' with these symptoms typically lasting 5 to 30 minutes before gradually subsiding. After experiencing such a panic attack once, anticipatory anxiety about 'what if this happens again' leads patients to avoid places or situations associated with the attack. This often results in avoiding crowded places, subways, airplanes, movie theaters, etc., causing significant inconvenience in daily life.

Obsessive-compulsive disorder is a condition where obsessive thoughts continue involuntarily, and to relieve the resulting anxiety, the person repeats certain behaviors. Common behaviors include frequent hand washing, counting numbers, checking, or arranging items in order.

If these symptoms appear, it is advisable to visit a hospital early and receive appropriate treatment.
