Daewoo E&C is currently conducting first-come, first-served building and unit number designated contracts for Nonsan Prugio The First. Regardless of their place of residence, anyone aged 19 or older can contract for their preferred remaining building and unit number without a subscription savings account.


Moreover, a fixed first deposit of 5 million KRW and full interest-free benefits on intermediate payments are provided to reduce the purchasing burden for buyers. In other words, once the deposit is fully paid, there are no additional costs until move-in, and as it is a non-regulated area, there are no restrictions on resale periods or frequency.

The area around Nonsan Prugio The First is also surrounded by key developments within Nonsan, enhancing its future value. The Honam Line high-speed rail project has passed the preliminary feasibility study, adding the benefit of high-speed rail. Upon completion of the Honam Line high-speed rail project, residents near Nonsan Prugio The First will be able to use the newly established KTX Sinyeonmu Station, making various parts of the country more accessible.

Meanwhile, Nonsan Prugio The First is being developed in the Ansim-ri area of Yeonmu-eup, consisting of 6 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 29 floors above ground, with a total of 433 units of 84㎡ and 103㎡ exclusive areas. It boasts the highest 29-floor height in Nonsan with an overwhelming view and is designed as a car-free park-type landmark complex. The unit types feature 4-bay 4-room layouts, open kitchens, and option for scenic dining designs. Various resident community facilities such as a fitness club, golf practice range, study room, daycare center, and guest house also stand out.
