Youth-type purchased rental housing refers to existing houses such as multi-family, multi-unit, and officetels that are purchased and supplied to young people without homes at rents lower than market prices.
The houses supplied this time are a total of 24 units in 8 areas within the province, including Goyang, Gimpo, Namyangju, Suwon, Anseong, Yongin, Uijeongbu, and Paju.
Eligibility for moving in includes unmarried young people without homes who fall into one of the following categories: ▲university students ▲job seekers ▲aged 19 to 39.
Under the third priority criteria, applicants must have an income of 4,024,661 KRW or less and assets of 299 million KRW or less.
The rental conditions are 30-50% of the surrounding market price, and the rental period is initially 2 years, with the possibility of residing up to 10 years if renewal requirements are met.
Applications for the first priority are from January 15 to 18 next year, and for the second and third priorities from January 29 to February 1 next year. The highest priority period is from January 15 to 28 next year.
