Bitsrosis "SK Plant Yongin Semiconductor Cluster Contract"

Global smart city solution company Bitsrosis (CEO Ki-jae Lee) announced on the 27th that its wholly-owned subsidiary Sangrim ENG, which is in the process of merging, has secured an 1.1 billion KRW contract for the SK Eco Plant Yongin Semiconductor Cluster project. Currently, Bitsrosis and Sangrim ENG are finalizing the merger process, and the project will be implemented by Bitsrosis in the future.


Sangrim ENG will participate in the installation of water supply facilities (industrial water) for the Yongin Semiconductor General Industrial Complex development project. The company will carry out comprehensive industrial water supply facility work, including site surveys, construction, equipment manufacturing, supply, installation, and testing necessary for electrical equipment construction, to maximize the supply of high-quality industrial water and efficient use of water resources.


Yongin City has been selected as a national complex for advanced system semiconductors and a specialized national advanced strategic industry complex. The Yongin Semiconductor Cluster is expected to sequentially host advanced semiconductor production facilities and over 200 semiconductor fabless, materials, components, and equipment companies.


A company official stated, “Bitsrosis, which possesses technology in the electrical measurement field, and Sangrim ENG, with its technology and competitiveness, were selected for the project,” adding, “Starting with this contract, we expect to continuously participate in semiconductor national industrial complexes and specialized complexes based on the technologies secured by both companies.”
