Donating 100 Million Won Annually to Neighbors in Need for 4 Years

Muan County, Jeollanam-do (Governor Kim San) announced on the 27th that Namhwa Industry Co., Ltd. Muan Country Club (Chairman Choi Jae-hoon), located in Cheonggye-myeon, donated 100 million won for neighborly love on the 26th.

Muan Country Club has shown deep interest in social contribution and has taken the lead in practicing a culture of sharing by donating 100 million won annually for four consecutive years to help neighbors in need.

The donation ceremony was attended by Muan Country Club Chairman Choi Jae-hoon, Governor Kim San, and Jeonnam Community Chest of Korea Chairman Noh Dong-il, among others. A vehicle delivery ceremony was also held to support the Muan Regional Self-Sufficiency Center with the funds donated last year.

Chairman Choi Jae-hoon said, “There will be neighbors struggling through the winter as it snows heavily and the weather is cold,” and added, “I hope the donation will be used well in places where it is truly needed this year as well.”

Governor Kim San said, “I sincerely thank Chairman Choi Jae-hoon, who has continuously extended a helping hand from the difficult times of COVID-19 until this year,” and added, “With less than a week left until the New Year, I hope everyone will be happy during the year-end and New Year holidays.”
