The complex will consist of a large-scale development with 9 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to a maximum of 39 floors above ground, totaling 1,370 households with exclusive areas ranging from 39 to 84㎡. Among these, 620 households with exclusive areas of 49 to 74㎡ will be available for general sale.
The Gyeyang-gu area where the complex is located is undergoing active redevelopment projects. Once the previously completed 'Gyeyang 1 District Redevelopment (2,371 households)' and Hyoseong District Urban Development Project (3,988 households) are finished, a large-scale emerging residential town with about 12,000 households will be established.
Doosan We’ve the Zenith Central Gyeyang is a super-station area complex within walking distance of Jakjeon Station on Incheon Subway Line 1. Through this line, it takes only two stops to Bupyeong-gu Office Station, a transfer station to Seoul Subway Line 7, and four stops to Bupyeong Station, a transfer station to Seoul Subway Line 1.
The educational environment is also excellent. The complex includes a daycare center, and within a 150m radius is Seongji Elementary School. Nearby are clustered elementary, middle, and high schools such as Myeonghyeon Middle School, Hyoseong High School, Annam High School, Jakjeon Girls' High School, and Jakjeon High School. The academy district near Gyeyang-gu Office is conveniently accessible, and there are excellent educational facilities such as Hyoseong Library and Gyeyang Library.
The complex is located in the central area of Gyeyang-gu, allowing convenient access to various shopping and convenience facilities as well as administrative and medical institutions.
It also offers a location close to workplaces. Near the complex is the Gyeyang Technovalley, designated as a 3rd generation new town. The Technovalley began construction in November last year and is planned to be developed as an advanced industrial complex integrating cutting-edge cultural content and information and communication technology, 1.7 times the size of Pangyo Technovalley.
Additionally, within a 1.5km radius are the Korea GM Bupyeong Plant and Bupyeong National Industrial Complex. As of October 2023, 1,819 companies are located in the Bupyeong National Industrial Complex, employing approximately 10,711 people.
Doosan We’ve the Zenith Central Gyeyang plans to provide upgraded comfort, sustainable living, and convenience beyond typical apartment life based on five concepts: Have, Live, Love, Save, and Solve.
The building coverage ratio of the complex is less than 15%, maximizing the distance between buildings, and the ground space has been significantly expanded with walking paths, playgrounds, and other rest areas. The complex layout is primarily south-facing for all households, ensuring excellent natural lighting and sunlight rights.
Applications will begin with special supply on January 5 next year, followed by first priority applications on the 8th and second priority on the 9th. Winners will be announced on January 15, and official contracts will be signed over three days from the 29th to the 31st.
