Meverse Labs, which operates the blockchain mainnet of the Me2on Group, announced on the 27th that it has signed a business agreement with the real estate specialist company ‘Realty Korea Brokerage Corporation’ to promote token securities issuance (STO) related business.
Realty Korea is a company engaged in the purchase and sale, leasing, real estate investment consulting, and asset management of commercial buildings. It has built the largest building database (DB) in Korea and manages listings and consulting services tailored to the needs of its consulting clients. Realty Korea has grown based on trust by providing approximately 10,000 real estate listings and professional services to corporate clients in the financial sector, including KB Bank, KB Securities, Woori Bank, and NH Nonghyup Bank.
Meverse Labs is a subsidiary of Ghost Studio, a company within the Me2on Group. It operates its self-developed blockchain mainnet, ‘Meverse.’ Meverse is a high-performance mainnet suitable for real-life services, offering an average of 9,000 TPS and a verification speed of 0.5 seconds. It can handle numerous transactions without overload and enables service implementation with low fees. Meverse Labs supports EVM (Ethereum Virtual Machine) on the Meverse mainnet, providing compatibility with various mainnets including Ethereum, Polygon, Binance Smart Chain, and Klaytn.
Through the business agreement, Meverse Labs will be responsible for supporting blockchain distributed ledger technology necessary for STO issuance and providing network infrastructure required for building the STO platform based on its outstanding technological capabilities. Realty Korea will take charge of real estate-related knowledge, information, and content in cooperation.
