The film surpassed 10 million viewers on the 24th, 33 days after its release. It achieved this feat for the first time in four years for a non-franchise film since 'Parasite.' Currently, it ranks 26th in the all-time box office standings. At this pace, entering the top 20 within the year also seems possible.
'Seoul's Spring' is a drama depicting the nine tense hours surrounding the December 12, 1979, military coup attempt by the new military forces in Seoul and those trying to stop it. The film stars Hwang Jung-min, Jung Woo-sung, Lee Sung-min, Park Hae-joon, and Kim Sung-kyun.
