As the Arctic cold wave eases, some parts of Seoul are experiencing snowfall on Christmas Day, December 25, marking the first white Christmas in 8 years. The Korea Meteorological Administration forecasted that temperatures will gradually rise and remain similar to or slightly higher than the average for this time of year (low temperatures between -9 and 2 degrees Celsius, high temperatures between 2 and 10 degrees Celsius) for the foreseeable future.
