Lotte Group continues its sharing activities to improve the rights and awareness of marginalized groups.
On the 26th, Lotte announced that it will carry out the 'Mind Temperature 37 Degrees Campaign' to support heating costs for children from marginalized families until the 31st of next month. The Mind Temperature 37 Degrees Campaign is an end-of-year social contribution project that Lotte has been conducting annually since 2016 in partnership with The Salvation Army Korea. This year, fundraising activities will take place both online and offline. Through this campaign, Lotte plans to provide heating subsidies to over 600 households nationwide.

Earlier, last month, Lotte was recognized for its contribution to creating the 'mom Pyeonhan Playground' and received the Child Rights Management Practice Company Award from the Child Rights Protection Agency. The mom Pyeonhan Playground is a project that creates eco-friendly playgrounds for children, which Lotte has been promoting since 2017. Currently, 24 playgrounds have been established nationwide.
In addition, Lotte supports military personnel through projects such as the 'Youth Bookstore' initiative, which creates reading cafe spaces in military units. Through the university student volunteer group 'Value,' formed in collaboration with organizations like the Impact Business Foundation, Lotte is also conducting awareness campaigns for the visually impaired. Among its affiliates, Lotte Data Communication and Lotte Chilsung Beverage have made donations to socially vulnerable groups through the 'NFT Donation Campaign with Cottonseed' and the 'ESG Social Contribution Shelf Campaign,' respectively.
