GS Construction to Launch 'Yeongtong Ja-i Central Park' Sales in January

GS Construction announced on the 20th that it plans to launch 'Yeongtong Xi Central Park' in Yeongtong-dong, Yeongtong-gu, Suwon City in January.

The complex will consist of 7 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 29 floors above ground, with a total of 580 households. The number of units by exclusive area is ▲84㎡A 291 units ▲84㎡B 103 units ▲84㎡C 107 units ▲84㎡D 79 units, mainly composed of 84㎡ units.

Yeongtong Xi Central Park is a 5-minute walk from Yeongtong Station on the Suin-Bundang Line. Yeongtong Station is expected to become a transfer station in the future according to the Dongtan-Indeokwon Line plan connecting Dongtan, Suwon, and Uiwang. The surrounding road conditions such as Maeyoung-ro, Bongyeong-ro, and Deokyeong-daero are well maintained, and there are also nearby express bus stops, allowing access to downtown Seoul areas such as Gangnam and Myeongdong.

There are more than 10 schools within a 1 km radius around the complex, including Yeongtong Elementary School, Yeongtong Middle School, and Yeongdeok High School. In addition, Suwon City Yeongtong Library and the Yeongtong academy district are located within accessible distance.

Near the complex, there are Homeplus (Suwon Yeongtong Branch) and Lotte Mart (Yeongtong Branch), and the Suwon Sports and Culture Center, where various sports and hobbies such as swimming and golf can be enjoyed, is also nearby. Yeongheung Forest Park, which opened in October last year, is close by, and Yeongtong Central Park is adjacent to the complex.

The proximity to workplaces is also highly rated. Samsung Digital City Suwon Campus, where Samsung Electronics headquarters, affiliates, and partner companies are gathered, is located 1 to 2 km away. GS Construction plans to design Yeongtong Xi Central Park to stand out in appearance considering the surrounding landscape and location characteristics, and to provide themed gardens and children's playgrounds with green and resting spaces throughout the complex grounds. The community facility Club Xi will include a fitness center, golf practice range, screen golf, sauna, reading room, library, and indoor playground. The floor plan is designed as a 4-bay plate-type structure with cross ventilation (except for some types), and will incorporate the latest specialized designs such as walk-in entrances, large dressing rooms, and pantries.

A GS Construction sales official said, “Yeongtong-dong in Yeongtong-gu, Suwon, has abundant living infrastructure and high residential preference, but there are many old complexes over 20 years old, so the scarcity value of new apartments is very high,” and added, “We will devote ourselves to the design of Yeongtong Xi Central Park to make it a landmark apartment representing the region.”
