The video shows the group Boy Next Door, which debuted last May, leaving the airport with their bodyguard. At that time, a female fan approached them holding a camera. Then, a man believed to be the bodyguard forcefully pushed the woman's shoulder, causing her to fall backward. Although no audio was recorded, passersby who were facing another direction turned their heads to look at the woman who had fallen, suggesting that the sound of impact or screams was loud.

The video was shared over 100,000 times on X, spreading the controversy. The post's author expressed concern, saying, "No matter what, I think pushing someone like that is unacceptable. That is assault," and added, "If people walking ahead turned around after she was pushed, it must have been a loud noise."

Other netizens also left critical comments such as "That is not security, it's assault," "Is it really necessary to assault someone to that extent?" and "Why doesn't the singer stop the bodyguard's behavior?"

On the other hand, some netizens defended the bodyguard. One mentioned that the day before this incident, a Boy Next Door member was pushed and fell due to a crowd, supporting the bodyguard's actions.

In relation to this, Boy Next Door's agency KOZ Entertainment has not made any official statement.

Physical confrontations often occur when bodyguards try to prevent fans from approaching celebrities. Among these, controversies over excessive security for idol groups are not new.

In February, a bodyguard who pushed a woman approaching the group NCT Dream at Incheon International Airport Terminal 1, causing her to suffer fractures, was sent to the prosecution on charges of professional negligence causing injury. The victim was reportedly diagnosed with a five-week recovery period due to rib fractures and other injuries.

In July, a bodyguard for &TEAM was also reported to have acted threateningly toward fans at the airport and caused inconvenience to airport users.
