Haman Community Self-Sufficiency Center Holds '2023 Self-Sufficiency Project Performance Report Meeting'

The Gyeongnam Haman Regional Self-Sufficiency Center recently held the '2023 Self-Sufficiency Project Performance Report Meeting' at the Haman Culture and Arts Center Multipurpose Hall, the center announced on the 19th.

The Self-Sufficiency Project Performance Report Meeting was organized under the slogan "Designing Dreams with Sweat" to review the progress of the self-sufficiency project throughout 2023.

About 140 people attended, including County Governor Jo Geun-je, Provincial Assembly Member Jo In-je, Lee Sang-bok, Director of the National Health Insurance Corporation Haman Uiryeong Branch, Jang Jeom-soon, Chairperson of the Haman Regional Self-Sufficiency Center Operating Committee, heads of local institutions and organizations, self-sufficiency work participants, self-sufficiency enterprise workers, and related personnel.

The event proceeded with the presentation of the County Governor's Commendation, County Council Chairman's Award, Merit Awards, scholarship presentations, self-sufficiency project participation testimonials, and project performance reports.

Governor Jo said, "I would like to express my gratitude to all participants who have sincerely engaged in the self-sufficiency project with indomitable will despite difficult circumstances," adding, "The county will also spare no support to provide continuous and stable jobs to self-sufficiency participants by linking commissioned projects to revitalize the self-sufficiency project."

The Haman Regional Self-Sufficiency Center was selected as an excellent institution in the 2023 performance evaluation of 223 regional self-sufficiency centers nationwide, hosted by the Ministry of Health and Welfare, highlighting the excellence of Haman County's self-sufficiency project implementation. In addition to the self-sufficiency project, it operates job provision and self-reliance support programs for low-income groups in various fields such as social service projects.
