Banyan Tree Group's boutique resort, 'Cassia Saekdal Jeju,' announced that it is conducting customized sales consultations at its promotional center located at Cheongdam Intersection. The promotional center operates by reservation only, accommodating up to 10 teams per day, and provides a private atmosphere through dedicated one-on-one consultants.
Cassia is a brand launched by Banyan Tree Group targeting customers who pursue a sophisticated and refined lifestyle. Currently, Banyan Tree Group operates 75 resorts and hotels, 60 spas and galleries, and championship golf courses across 24 countries worldwide.
Cassia Saekdal Jeju, located in Saekdal-dong, Seogwipo City, Jeju Island, is praised for its rare location preserving Jeju's pristine nature. It is situated close to Jeju’s pure natural environment, including Saekdal Beach where the loggerhead sea turtles return to nest, the waves of oreums embraced by the vast arms of Hallasan Mountain, and Gotjawal, a forest formed by bracken and vines tangled over rugged lava fields.
Another distinctive feature is that it is a private boutique resort with only 86 rooms. The resort has 36 pool villa rooms and 50 hotel condominium rooms arranged to face the mountains, forests, and sea. Notably, continuing the reputation of Banyan Tree Group’s signature pool villas, it is the first in Korea to introduce double pool villas.
The pool villas, which are detached units with two or three floors, come in four types ranging from 46 pyeong (153.60㎡) to 103 pyeong (340.54㎡), featuring spacious terraces with views of the mountains and sea, offering a refreshing sense of openness. The hotel condominiums are composed of four types?Standard, Corner Suite, Suite, and Deluxe Suite?ranging from 32 pyeong (108.19㎡) to 75 pyeong (248.16㎡), with balconies where guests can enjoy views of Jeju’s blue sea.
The architectural design, landscaping, and facilities are also outstanding. Global architectural design brands such as interior designer HBA, landscape design Office Park Kim, and lighting design SAAD participated, reflecting Jeju’s nature, culture, and customs throughout Cassia Saekdal Jeju. Facilities include a year-round heated pool, exotic cabanas and sunbed pools, an all-day dining restaurant offering special menus made with Jeju’s local ingredients, a spa with nature-friendly amenities that awaken the senses, and additional facilities such as a kids’ pool and indoor/outdoor kids’ zones.
