Through this agreement, the three parties will cooperate to develop services that can improve the quality of life and health of the public by ▲innovating public services and improving NHIS operational efficiency using large-scale AI and cloud platforms ▲enhancing accessibility to health information and statistical data provided by the NHIS.
Specifically, data held by the NHIS will be integrated with Naver's large-scale AI 'HyperCLOVA X' to build convenient public services. They will also explore ways to improve internal work productivity within the NHIS.
They will discuss public service innovation using Naver Cloud's AI check-in call service 'CLOVA Care Call.' CLOVA Care Call, which applies large-scale AI technology to enable natural conversation-based check-ins, improves caregiving efficiency while providing high call satisfaction to recipients. NHIS and Naver Cloud plan to review various service scenarios incorporating CLOVA Care Call, such as supporting self-health management for chronic disease patients.
Naver will support users in more easily accessing health information and statistical data provided by the NHIS. They plan to discuss methods such as displaying the NHIS's 'Health Statistical Analysis Information' on specific diseases in the 'Disease Information' section of Naver search results or providing various health-related content from the NHIS, including 'Self-Health Management in Daily Life' guidelines, through the Naver app's 'Health Board.'
Choi Soo-yeon, CEO of Naver, said, "Based on the synergy of Team Naver's technology and platform, we will support various public service innovations of the NHIS, from providing high-quality health information content to building more convenient AI services for the public and improving internal work productivity."
