According to the Korea Securities Depository, the distribution rate for this product in November was 1.00%, ranking first among monthly dividend ETFs listed domestically. Since its new listing on the Korea Exchange in September last year and the start of its first distribution in October last year, it has maintained a monthly distribution rate of around 1% for 14 consecutive months until last month. This is the longest record among domestic monthly dividend ETFs that pay around 1% monthly dividends.

This product is the Korean version of 'Global X Nasdaq 100 Covered Call (QYLD)', listed in the US by Global X, Mirae Asset Global Investments' US ETF subsidiary. QYLD has been recognized as a representative income-type ETF in the US with stable monthly dividends for about 10 years, and its asset size reaches 10 trillion KRW.

The TIGER US Nasdaq 100 Covered Call (Synthetic) ETF has also seen increased buying interest from individual investors based on a high level of monthly distribution rate using the covered call strategy. Covered call is a strategy that involves buying underlying assets such as stocks or bonds while simultaneously selling call options to earn premiums. It was the first covered call ETF listed domestically in October to exceed 100 billion KRW in net purchases by individuals. As of the previous day's closing price, its net assets stand at 232.2 billion KRW.

Kim Su-myeong, Senior Manager of the Strategic ETF Management Division at Mirae Asset Global Investments, said, "Through QYLD's dividend record, we can confirm the sustainability of stable dividends from the Nasdaq covered call strategy," adding, "This product not only provides a steady cash flow to enhance portfolio stability but can also be used as reinvestment capital across various assets."
