‘Lotte Castle Infiniel’ located in Munhyeon-dong, Nam-gu, Busan, is launching the sale of commercial spaces within the complex, emphasizing the brand value of Lotte Castle.

The commercial spaces within the ‘Lotte Castle Infiniel’ complex consist of a total of 17 units, targeting the demand from the 715 households within the complex. Additionally, as a street-type commercial area, the shops are lined up along a pedestrian walkway frequently used by residents, maximizing exposure and accessibility. The Jigaegol Station on Subway Line 2 is located approximately 100 meters away, making it easy for the floating population to access the area.

‘Lotte Castle Infiniel’ is situated in Munhyeon 4-dong, Nam-gu, Busan, an area recently gaining attention due to redevelopment. The vicinity of Munhyeon-dong is rapidly developing into a new residential town, including the redevelopment of Daeyeon 3 District and the areas extending to Uam-dong and Jeonpo-dong.

When a total of about 7,100 new households are established in Munhyeon-dong, Uam-dong, and Jeonpo-dong, the total demand base, including existing households, is expected to exceed 10,000 households.

In Munhyeon 4-dong, where ‘Lotte Castle Infiniel’ is located, a complex government building adjacent to the site is scheduled for completion in the second half of 2025.

An official stated, “Recent commercial space investors tend to carefully consider the brand value of the construction company to minimize investment risks, and commercial spaces on the first floor along main roads with maximum exposure to the floating population are the most preferred.” He added, “‘Lotte Castle Infiniel’ takes into account these preferences of commercial space investors by highlighting its own ‘Lotte Castle’ brand and the advantages of street-type commercial spaces formed along the pedestrian walkway.”

Meanwhile, ‘Lotte Castle Infiniel’ is scheduled for bidding on December 22, 2023, targeting investors.
