Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation (GH) will supply 70 single-family residential lots with commercial space in Pyeongtaek Godeok housing development district through competitive bidding, and 66 single-family residential lots in Hwaseong Dongtan 2 residential-only area through a lottery system.
The Pyeongtaek Godeok single-family residential lots with commercial space (FD-1 block), supplied through competitive bidding, have lot sizes ranging from 239.6 to 266.4㎡, with a planned supply price of 664.2 million to 839.289 million KRW. The building coverage ratio is 60%, floor area ratio is 180%, with a maximum of 4 floors and up to 5 households allowed for construction.
The Godeok Internationalization Planning District is a representative new town in the southern metropolitan area with a project area of 13,422,000㎡ and a population capacity of 140,000. Samsung Electronics Pyeongtaek Campus is located nearby, and it is well connected by metropolitan transportation networks such as Subway Line 1 (Seojeong-ri Station), SRT (Jije Station), and Gyeongbu Expressway, growing into a self-sufficient city with close proximity between residence and workplace.
The Hwaseong Dongtan 2 residential-only single-family residential lots (D33 block) will be supplied through a lottery, with lot sizes ranging from 215.0 to 303.0㎡ and supply prices from 435.375 million to 624.18 million KRW. The building coverage ratio is 50%, floor area ratio is 80%, with a maximum of 2 floors and up to 2 households allowed for construction.
Hwaseong Dongtan 2 is the largest self-sufficient hub city in the metropolitan area, connected to Seoul Suseo Station within 15 minutes via SRT Dongtan Station. The GTX-A line Dongtan Station is also scheduled to open in the future, further improving accessibility to downtown Seoul.
