'Elviews' Participation Exceeds 4,400
Diverse Age Range from Teens to 70s
Incorporates Real-Use Evaluations of Products and Services like ThinkQ App
LG Electronics announced on the 14th that it has significantly expanded the activities of 'L-Viewers,' a product quality evaluation group operated by the Customer Quality Research Institute since 2020 to reflect the voices of various customers.
This year, the number of participants in L-Viewers has increased to about 4,400, which is three times the approximately 1,500 participants last year. More than half of the participating customers are from the MZ generation, but the group is broadly composed of people ranging from teenagers to those in their 70s.

LG Electronics explained, "The expansion of the evaluation group is aimed at thoroughly managing and verifying quality from the product development stage to the software upgrade stage during use from the customer's perspective across all areas, thereby enhancing quality competitiveness and securing customer trust."
L-Viewers evaluate not only the usability of home appliances themselves but also the connectivity and functionality of the LG ThinQ app. LG Electronics actively reflects the customer pain points identified during this process in product performance and service improvements.
The evaluation group directly uses new products or new services under development by LG Electronics in real-life spaces before their release and can conveniently and freely suggest ▲usage environment ▲user experience ▲improvement ideas using LG Electronics' dedicated evaluation app.
Additionally, LG Electronics explores new customer experience opportunities by visiting the real-life spaces of the evaluation group members with diverse lifestyles or conducting group in-depth interviews.
Jongpil Kim, Executive Vice President and Head of LG Electronics Quality Management Center, said, "The core of securing product and service quality competitiveness is a deep understanding of customers and close communication," adding, "We will strive to provide differentiated customer experiences based on the voices of diverse customers."
