Kumho Construction, 'Dobong Kumho Eoullim River Park' Contract First-Come, First-Served Starting from the 16th

Kumho Construction's ‘Dobong Kumho Eoullim River Park’ in Dobong-gu, Seoul, will begin first-come, first-served contracts starting on the 16th. Previously, this complex recorded a highest competition rate of 75.5 to 1 and an average of 10.5 to 1 in the subscription process.

Located at 95 Dobong 2-dong, Dobong-gu, Seoul, ‘Dobong Kumho Eoullim River Park’ consists of 5 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 18 above-ground floors, with units sized between 59 and 84 square meters, totaling 299 households. Move-in is scheduled for March 2026.

This is the first new apartment supply in Dobong-dong in 13 years, with prices for the 84㎡ units ranging from 830 million to 905 million KRW. There is no mandatory residence requirement, resale restrictions last for one year, and interim payment loans are available up to 60%.

Most unit types are designed with a plate-type structure allowing cross ventilation, maximizing natural light and sunlight rights.
