CJ Bioscience Transfers Tangible Assets Worth 33.1 Billion KRW to CJ CheilJedang

CJ Bioscience announced on the 11th that it has decided to transfer InnoPlay land and buildings worth 33.1475 billion KRW to CJ CheilJedang. The transfer amount accounts for 36.22% of total assets. This transfer was decided to proactively secure funds through the sale of investment assets in order to focus on research and development (R&D). The transfer reference date is the 20th of this month.
