Pukyong National University and Tokyo University of Marine Science and Technology Discuss Strengthening International Exchange

National Pukyong University (President Jang Young-su) discussed strengthening international exchange with Tokyo University of Marine Science and Technology (President Iseki Toshio) in Japan.

On the afternoon of the 8th, National Pukyong University President Jang Young-su met with Satoru Kuwata, Secretary General of Tokyo University of Marine Science and Technology, Akio Okayasu, Vice President, and their delegation in the president's office at the university headquarters to discuss ways to strengthen international exchange, including renewing the academic exchange agreement and the student exchange memorandum.

Tokyo University of Marine Science and Technology, located in Tokyo, is Japan's only national university specializing in marine studies. It signed an academic exchange agreement with National Pukyong University in 1990 and renewed the five-year memorandum of understanding and student exchange memorandum in May 2018, continuing their exchange.

On this day, National Pukyong University guided the visiting delegation from Tokyo University of Marine Science and Technology around the campus and discussed improving university facilities and educational methods, as well as strengthening student and academic exchanges.
