‘Ricardi Aston Cheongdam,’ located in Cheongdam-dong, known as a representative rich belt of South Korea, has selected ‘Sangji Kyleum Co., Ltd.’ as the scheduled construction company.
Real estate developer Aster Development recently announced that it signed an MOU with Sangji Kyleum Co., Ltd. for the ‘Ricardi Aston Cheongdam’ project. The industry’s attention is focused on the collaboration between Sangji Kyleum, which has been responsible for constructing high-end residential complexes in the Gangnam area for 30 years, and Aster Development, which leads the establishment of luxury life platforms for ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
Sangji Kyleum Co., Ltd., the scheduled construction company, is regarded as a first-generation construction firm that has led the domestic luxury residential culture. It owns its own brands, Sangji Ritzville and Sangji Kyleum, and is well-known in the Gangnam area as many large corporation owners and famous celebrities reside in its properties.
In particular, it has continued to construct landmark luxury residential complexes in Cheongdam-dong, Daechi-dong, Seocho-gu, which are considered representative affluent neighborhoods in Korea. Recently, it was selected as the construction company for Kyleum M in Nonhyeon-dong, Walkerhill Hangang multi-family housing, Seongsu-dong 2-ga complex facilities, Yeoksam-dong residential complex construction, and high-end housing in Jung-dong, Haeundae.
The value of the complexes constructed by Sangji Kyleum Co., Ltd. is also exceptional. According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport’s real transaction price disclosure system, ‘Sangji Ritzville Kyleum Phase 2 (exclusive area 244㎡)’ located in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam-gu, was traded for 9 billion KRW in May. In the same month, ‘Sangji Ritzville Kyleum (exclusive area 210㎡)’ in Dogok-dong, Gangnam-gu, also welcomed a new owner at 6.5 billion KRW.
With the know-how accumulated over a long time through high-end housing construction by Sangji Kyleum Co., Ltd. and the unique and differentiated product design of Aster Development, ‘Ricardi Aston Cheongdam’ is expected to realize a ‘flagship life’ never before experienced in Cheongdam-dong.
‘Ricardi Aston Cheongdam’ will be located in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, consisting of 12 single penthouses with exclusive areas ranging from 172 to 206㎡, spanning from four basement floors to 20 above-ground floors. Notably, it will feature a super high-rise design with a height of 105 meters, the tallest along Yeongdong-daero, making it a future high-rise landmark in Cheongdam-dong.
Another advantage is the top-tier luxury product composition never before introduced in Cheongdam-dong. Composed of single penthouses with a duplex structure, ‘Ricardi Aston Cheongdam’ maximizes privacy by allocating one unit per floor. Additionally, all units feature a duplex structure with ceiling heights reaching 7.3 meters, allowing every unit to enjoy the openness of a penthouse along with double views of the Han River and the city center.
