On the 12th, Jimin and Jungkook enlist
All BTS members fulfill military service obligations
Group BTS members RM and V will enlist in the army as active-duty soldiers on the 11th. When Jimin and Jungkook enlist on the 12th, all BTS members will be fulfilling their military service obligations.
The eldest member Jin enlisted in December last year, and J-Hope enlisted in April this year. Suga has been serving as a social service worker since September.

RM expressed his feelings through the fandom platform Weverse the day before, saying, "I have been so happy to live as BTS for the past 10 years," and "I believe this period will be unfamiliar to all of us and a time of new inspiration and learning."
He also said goodbye with, "See you for a while," and "Wherever and whenever, let us be ourselves! See you in the future."
V expressed his excitement through a Weverse Live on the 5th, saying, "I’m excited," and "The friends going to the military with me might be younger than me, but I think I can gain new things by talking with them."
V applied to the Special Duty Team (SDT) of the Capital Defense Command Military Police. Also, a day before enlisting, he attracted attention by revealing his shaved hairstyle on his social networking service (SNS) account and sharing a cake prepared by his agency staff with "SDT" written on it.
The scheduled discharge date for RM, V, Jimin, and Jungkook, who enlist with a one-day difference, is June 2025. Suga, who started his service last September, is also expected to be discharged around June 2025. BTS members have expressed their ambition to resume full-group activities immediately upon discharge.
Meanwhile, the members and their agency have also asked fans to refrain from visiting the training camp on the day of enlistment.
