Haevichi Hotel & Resort Jeju announced on the 11th that it will offer a Christmas dinner course at the French fine dining restaurant ‘Millieu’.

The Christmas special course consists of eight courses prepared using premium seafood such as live lobster and tilefish, as well as Jeju-sourced ingredients, paired with a glass of ‘Lunart Blanc de Blancs’ to enhance the elegant and delicate flavors.


First, amuse-bouches including a tart made with France’s finest caviar and a French dessert called crustade made with Jeju Gujwa carrots will be served. Then, three appetizers will be served in sequence, including the Christmas special appetizer of live lobster stuffed with shrimp meat and accompanied by a special sauce.


Guests can also enjoy a ‘fish dish’ made with tilefish sourced from a nearby fishing village near Haevichi. The main course offers either Korean beef sirloin or tenderloin served with black truffle, Jerusalem artichoke, and burdock sauce. The pre-dessert is a sorbet made from Jeju tangerines, and the main dessert is ‘Strawberry Bavarois,’ adding a romantic Christmas sentiment. After the meal, guests will receive a gift of ‘Stollen,’ a traditional German Christmas dessert, personally prepared by the chefs. This course menu is available from December 22 to 25 and from December 30 to January 1 of the following year, priced at 300,000 KRW.
