Movie 'Seoul-ui Bom' Surpasses 6 Million Cumulative Viewers

Over 7 Million Visitors Expected After the Weekend

The film 'Seoul-ui Bom' (Spring in Seoul), which was released on the 22nd of last month, surpassed 6 million cumulative viewers as of the 9th.


According to the distributor Plus M Entertainment, 'Seoul-ui Bom' exceeded 6 million cumulative viewers in the early hours of the 18th day since its release.

The number of moviegoers is expected to exceed 7 million after this weekend. If the box office success continues, it is anticipated that the film could become the second movie this year to reach 10 million viewers, following 'Beomjoedosi 3' (Crime City 3).


'Seoul-ui Bom' was directed by Kim Seongsu and stars actors Hwang Jeongmin and Jung Woosung. The film is a work that reconstructs the tense situation during the December 12, 1979 military coup with cinematic imagination.
