Hyosung Group's 5 Companies Recognized for Community Contribution for 5 Consecutive Years

Hyosung Group's major affiliates have been selected as companies contributing to the local community for five consecutive years.

Hyosung Corporation, Hyosung TNC, Hyosung Heavy Industries, Hyosung Advanced Materials, and Hyosung Chemical announced on the 8th that they were recognized as companies contributing to the local community at the '2023 Local Community Contribution Recognition Day' event held at the Seoul Dragon City Hotel.

The Local Community Contribution Recognition System is a program organized by the Ministry of Health and Welfare and the Korea National Council on Social Welfare that acknowledges companies that have consistently engaged in social contribution activities for their local communities.

Hyosung affiliates were recognized for their contributions through various social contribution programs for the local community, including support for specialized daycare centers for children with disabilities, rice sharing in Mapo-gu, distribution of daily necessities for vulnerable groups, support for rehabilitation treatment programs for children with disabilities, and support for creative activities of artists with disabilities.

Hyosung Chairman Cho Hyun-jun has always emphasized, "If you go alone, you go fast, but if you go together, you go far," and pledged, "Hyosung will be a company that grows together with the local community."
