Ansan 'Lotte Castle Signature Jungang' for Sale from the 18th... 1,051 Households

Lotte Construction will open the model house for ‘Lotte Castle Signature Jungang’ located in Gojan-dong, Danwon-gu, Ansan, Gyeonggi Province on the 8th and begin full-scale sales.

This complex consists of 7 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 38 above-ground floors, with a total of 1,051 households and exclusive areas ranging from 59 to 101㎡, of which 511 units will be available for general sale. The subscription schedule for ‘Lotte Castle Signature Jungang’ starts with special supply on the 18th, followed by first priority subscription on the 19th and second priority subscription on the 20th. Winners will be announced on December 28, and the official contract period will be held for three days from January 8 to January 10, 2024.

First priority subscription is available to residents aged 19 or older living in Incheon Metropolitan City, Seoul Special City, and Gyeonggi Province who have held a subscription savings account for more than one year and meet the deposit requirements by region and area.
