The Department of Aviation Service at Honam University announced on the 7th that it conducted in-flight emergency patient rescue and treatment training on the 1st at the 4th floor of Sanghagwan.
This training was organized by the Gwangju-Jeonnam Regional Innovation Platform Project Group and introduced practical sessions on emergency treatment methods for in-flight emergency patients, emergency response procedures, CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation), and wound dressing techniques.
Kim Kyung-won, a sophomore who participated in the training, said, "I was able to receive practical training that can save precious lives in real emergency situations. Receiving the emergency treatment training certificate was also helpful as it can be used as a qualification when applying to airlines."
