Park Jung-min, CEO of SK M&S Service, has been appointed as the CEO of SK Stoa, a T-commerce company.
SK Stoa announced on the 7th that it made this appointment through its 2024 regular executive personnel reshuffle.
CEO Park was born in 1967 and holds a bachelor's and master's degree in electronic engineering from Kyungpook National University, as well as an MBA from MIT Sloan School. He previously served as the head of the T Store business team at SK Telecom and the head of the marketing platform division at SK Planet before taking the position of CEO at SK M&S Service.
SK M&S Service is a company that provides various services needed in many areas of life, including health management, shopping, travel and leisure, insurance, and education, centered around "Benefia" (a corporate welfare service brand).
SK Group expects that, given CEO Park's extensive experience in platforms, mobile, and commerce, he will expand synergies between mobile and T-commerce businesses going forward.
