On the 7th, SKC stated, "Despite the deepening uncertainties in the internal and external business environment, we have implemented an organizational restructuring and regular executive appointments to secure sustainability through business model innovation." In this reorganization, SKC focused on streamlining the organizational structure to enhance decision-making speed and execution capability, and to create a customer value-based, field-centered organization. The company plans to strengthen business competitiveness through global capacity expansion and optimized operation of production organizations.

A notable feature of this executive reshuffle is the forward placement of next-generation leaders in their early to mid-40s and female leaders.

He began working at SK Inc.'s Autonomous Responsibility Management Support Group in 2012 and has held positions such as executive at the SK Supex Council Strategy Support Team, executive at the Secretariat, and executive at the Supex Council Environment Task Force.

Yoo, the CFO born in 1969, graduated from Seoul National University with a degree in Industrial Engineering and earned a master's degree in International Business from the same university's graduate school. He worked in Samsung's Future Strategy Office Management Diagnosis Team in 2009, served as head of Samsung C&T's China division in 2015, and joined SK Supex last year.

He has worked in SK Telecom's Strategic Planning Office Management Strategy Team and the Supex Council, and after moving to SKC, he served as Head of the Ethics Management Office, Head of Marketing Division 1, and Head of the Management Support Division. SKC also promoted four new executives, including Lee Hyun-ah, Head of Business Development Office, and Jung Hye-yeon, Head of Corporate Culture Office at SK Nexilis.
