The Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation held a communication session with the 'Customer Advisory Committee' to overcome the local economic crisis. Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee currently operates a regional advisory committee consisting of 11 members.
On the 6th, Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee announced on the 7th that it held the ‘2023 Customer Advisory Committee Major Achievements Review and Communication Meeting’ to support small business owners and SMEs in Gyeonggi Province and provide on-site consultation.
The event was organized to share the main activities of this year's Customer Advisory Committee and the progress of policy proposals, as well as to listen to voices from the field.
The Customer Advisory Committee held three meetings in March, June, and October this year, proposing a total of 36 policy and system improvements, including guarantee limits and screening, loan interest rates, communication methods, and system enhancements.
One advisory committee member said, "I joined as an advisory member of Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee with the sole desire that all self-employed people in the province succeed in their businesses. At first, the threshold of Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee seemed high, but I am grateful to the Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee officials who reviewed various aspects to ensure that even minor opinions from the field could be reflected in policies."
Si Seok-jung, Chairman of Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee, said, "I would like to express my deep gratitude to the advisory committee members who have walked the path of Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee for the business success of SMEs and small business owners in Gyeonggi Province despite their busy schedules," adding, "Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee exists because of the SMEs and small business owners in the province. Going forward, we will do our best to accompany local businesses in need through communication tailored to the perspective of the residents."
