GH, First 'Fair Recruitment Excellence Institution' Certification Since Establishment

Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation received the 'Fair Recruitment Excellence Institution' certification for the first time since its establishment.

Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation (GH) received the 'Fair Recruitment Excellence Certification' from the Korea Management Registrar (KMR) for the first time since its establishment on the 7th.

The Fair Recruitment Certification system is a program that selects and certifies public institutions and companies that exemplarily operate fair recruitment centered on job competency by excluding biased factors in hiring.

In this certification, GH was also evaluated on recruitment operations from job postings to announcement of successful candidates, recruitment outcomes such as new hires' satisfaction and retention rates over the past three years, as well as external audit results on recruitment.

As a public institution, GH conducted this fair recruitment certification review to realize social values of fairness without discrimination.

Recognized for the institution head's commitment to fair recruitment, blind recruitment, and fairness of the recruitment system, GH was selected as an excellent fair recruitment institution this year with a score exceeding the standard.
