Jeonnam National University Service Design Convergence Research Institute, Agreement on Talent Development and Local Community Problem Solving

The Service Design Convergence Research Institute at Chonnam National University signed a business agreement with BioBrain Co., Ltd. on November 30th to mutually cooperate in fostering innovative talent in advanced industries and solving local community issues.

Along with the agreement, the two organizations held a workshop on "Neurophysiological Signal Measurement and Analysis," which integrates art and technology. Program participants learned the theory of electrocardiography, electromyography, and electroencephalography, and experienced neurophysiological signal measurement and analysis using brainwave measuring devices. They also shared ideas and discussed creative works or technology development that combine art and tech.

The Service Design Convergence Research Institute at Chonnam National University, established in 2020 as an affiliated research institute, is promoting various regional coexistence projects including multidisciplinary research in 'humanities, arts, engineering, and design' convergence studies.
