Five Universities Join Hands for Exchange and Cooperation... Yeongjin College, Geoje College, Dongwon Institute of Science and Technology, Yeonam Institute of Technology, and Changwon Moonsung College

Yeungjin College of Technology and four universities in the Gyeongnam region have joined hands to share and collaborate on the dissemination of achievements from the AI Innovation Convergence University Project, LINC3.0 Project, and Innovation Support Project.


The five universities?Yeungjin College of Technology, Geoje University, Dongwon Institute of Science and Technology, Yeonam Institute of Technology, and Changwon Moonsung University?signed an agreement on the 6th to operate the "Sharing and Collaboration Exchange between the Gyeongnam Region 4 Universities LINC3.0 Project Group, Innovation Support Project Group, and AI Innovation Convergence University Project Group."

Five Universities Join Hands for Exchange and Cooperation... Yeongjin College, Geoje College, Dongwon Institute of Science and Technology, Yeonam Institute of Technology, and Changwon Moonsung College Yeungjin College and four universities in the Gyeongnam region signed an agreement promising exchange and cooperation.

The signing ceremony was held at Yeungjin College of Technology’s conference room in Daegu, attended by Professor Kim Jong-gyu, head of the AI Innovation Convergence University Project Group at Yeungjin College, as well as heads of industry-academic cooperation from the four universities and other officials.


Through this agreement, students from the four universities in the Gyeongnam region will participate in the extracurricular program "AI Summer Camp and Competition," hosted by Yeungjin College’s AI Innovation Convergence University Project Group, developing it into a form that allows credit exchange through intensive education.


Kim Jong-gyu, head of the AI Innovation Convergence University Project Group at Yeungjin College, stated, “Based on the achievements and experiences of the Innovation Convergence University Project over the past three years, we will collaborate with the four universities involved in this agreement to better prepare and implement the sharing and operation of joint curricula for nurturing talent in the AI field over the upcoming second phase three-year period.”


Kim added, “The five universities plan to establish an educational system that fosters mutual growth among universities by generating various outcomes through exchange and cooperation.”
