Anseong-si Facility Management Corporation Operates 'Subcontracting Ombudsman'

The Anseong City Facilities Management Corporation in Gyeonggi-do announced on the 6th that it will operate an internal subcontracting ombudsman within the Audit and Safety Team.

The subcontracting ombudsman was established to inspect fair trade practices between primary contractors and subcontractors and to resolve difficulties and inconveniences faced by subcontracting companies during project execution.

The corporation plans to listen to and provide consultation services for the concerns of subcontracting companies through this initiative.

Anyone, including subcontractors and workers on-site under the Anseong City Facilities Management Corporation, can use the ombudsman service. Applications can be submitted anonymously through the 'Integrated Reporting Center' under the 'Customer Center' section on the corporation's website.

The city expects that the introduction of the ombudsman system will help improve various unfair practices between primary contractors and subcontractors on-site.
