On the 6th, Changwon Special City in Gyeongnam received the 2023 Excellent Public Employee Labor-Management Culture Administrative Agency Certification and the Minister of the Interior and Safety Commendation at the Government Sejong Complex.

Changwon Special City was selected as an excellent administrative institution for public servant labor-management culture.

This award is recognized as a result of acknowledging Changwon Special City's outstanding administrative labor-management culture and excellent administrative capabilities.

The Excellent Public Employee Labor-Management Culture Administrative Agency Certification Evaluation is a system that evaluates administrative agencies contributing to the labor-management culture, collaborative efforts, creativity of public employees, and the improvement of public service quality. Each year, carefully selected excellent administrative agencies are awarded certification and commendation for two years.

Through this certification evaluation, Changwon Special City was recognized for its administrative power and cooperative labor-management culture continuously contributing to the local community. In particular, it received high evaluations and achieved excellent results in areas such as ▲ regularly promoting labor-management cooperation projects and meetings ▲ holding workshops and training to prevent conflicts between labor and management ▲ jointly promoting welfare projects to boost employee morale.
