Shilla University (President Heo Nam-sik) and Busan Women's University (President Jeong Young-woo) signed an academic exchange agreement to proactively respond to changing times and grow and develop as universities in the global arena.
On the 6th at 3 p.m., the academic exchange agreement ceremony was held in the Shilla University President's Reception Room, attended by President Heo Nam-sik, President Jeong Young-woo of Busan Women's University, and key officials from both universities.
Through this agreement, both universities agreed to mutually exchange faculty and research personnel; operate joint educational programs, student exchanges, and mutual credit recognition; conduct joint research and co-host academic conferences; mutually exchange academic materials, publications, and information; jointly use laboratories, research equipment, and facilities; and cooperate on projects to create a shared and collaborative ecosystem, thereby promoting mutual exchange and cooperation in education and research fields.
President Heo Nam-sik of Shilla University stated, “In the challenging environment of rapidly changing local private universities, mutual cooperation holds significant meaning,” adding, “We aim to support each other for the development of both universities and overcome difficult times through various exchange activities.”
