Hanyoung Architecture & Equipment, 20th Anniversary Leak Detection Appreciation Event

This gratitude event will run from December 1st to June 30th, 2024, and is limited to the Incheon, Gimpo, and Bucheon areas. When conducting leak repairs in apartments or villas, leak detection fees of up to approximately 550,000 KRW will be provided free of charge. However, factories, individual households without separate water meters in multi-family houses, corporations, and organizations are excluded from this event.

Hanyeong Construction Equipment offers free leak detection (air pressure test) fees when performing leak repairs, but no free benefits are provided for leak detection only. Additionally, to receive the benefit, a text message must be sent to the on-site worker and the CEO’s number before payment on the day of the repair. After payment, the free event cannot be applied.

In cases of residential leaks, when leaks occur in apartments, villas, or detached houses, over 80% of leaks originate from the upper floor’s water pipes, causing damage to the lower units. Hanyeong Construction Equipment’s leak detection service identifies which pipes are leaking and pinpoints the exact location of the leak. Generally, this service alone for cold and hot water leak detection costs more than 200,000 to 300,000 KRW. In particular, repair costs can reach up to 3 million KRW depending on the difficulty of the work and the location of the leak. Therefore, this leak detection event is expected to be a good option for those who have been considering leak repairs.
