The event was divided into a pre-event and the main event. During the pre-event in the lobby of the Changjo Building, various booths such as resume photo shooting, AI business card creation, personal color diagnosis, image makeup, AI interviews, and Chat GPT-assisted application document completion guidance attracted students' attention.

Following this, the main event took place in the first-floor lobby and Peace Hall of the Changjo Building, with 15 companies participating including BNK Gyeongnam Bank, LG Electronics, SK Hynix, Korea Fanuc, Hanwha Aerospace, Hanwha Ocean, Hanwha Precision Machinery, Denso Korea, Samyang Optics, SeAH Aerospace & Defense Materials, and KINC. Each company set up booths for job trend analysis and job counseling with industry experts.

Here, students resolved their questions about companies and the world of jobs through Q&A sessions with current employees of regional innovative companies, who are usually difficult to meet. Additionally, special lectures by industry figures and customized employment lectures were held to provide various recruitment information needed by students.

Hwang Sunhee, a senior in the Department of Computer Engineering who participated in the fair, said, "It was a great opportunity to learn about manufacturing ICT-related companies and jobs in the Gyeongnam region, and I hope more events that practically help students with employment will be held in the future."
